Mindfulness and Well-Being

Hello everyone, on this page, you will find a daily activity to promote the wellbeing and emotional literacy of your child whilst school is closed. Please take some time to complete this work with your children to promote mentally healthy attitudes .

"If you can stay positive in a negative situation, you win!"

On a regular basis, I will add and update links to support websites for parents and children, please contact me if you need support.

Mental Health Awareness Week

Today marks the start of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week.

The theme this year is kindness, during this time, an act of kindness can go a long way. It can lift someone’s spirits and give you a sense of pride.

All this week, staff will be listening out during the calls to see if anyone has shown kindness. So please encourage your children to tell us what they have done. At the end of each day, class teachers will post certificates to recognise their kind acts.

I wonder which class is the kindest?

Here are activities for each day that you may enjoy completing. Please send them to your class teacher or myself if you complete so we can reward you for your efforts.
